The ProcessOur role was multifaceted, bridging the gap between high level engineering & commercial viability. We managed the end-to-end development lifecycle, coordinating closely with our manufacturing partners, Merit Malta. By leveraging their decades of automotive industry expertise, we ensured that the hardware met the rigorous durability & reliability standards expected of life-saving equipment.
Beyond the technical responsibilities, PROTO+ spearheaded the Commercialisation and Sales Strategy. This involved analyzing market entry points, defining the product’s unique value proposition in the "Smart Tech" cycling sector, and managing the supply chain logistics required to move from functional prototype to mass-market production.
