The Process

Our design process focused heavily on form-factor and user interface. We utilized 3D modeling to iterate on the "Massager Sub" contours, ensuring the device fits naturally in the palm of the hand to reduce user fatigue. For the docking station, we engineered a magnetic alignment system that ensures a perfect charging connection every time the device is set down.

Through advanced 3D CAD workflows, we managed the internal spatial allocation for the motor, battery, and PCB components, ensuring that the sleek exterior did not compromise the mechanical performance. We used rendering to test various finishes, from soft-touch medical-grade silicone to metallic accents, to find the perfect balance of luxury and durability.
